Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and deliver AI-powered observability features, working remotely from within the United States.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the development of high-performance AI solutions to help users detect and resolve incidents. The role focuses on rapid experimentation, iterative prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic components into the observability stack, ensuring scalable and maintainable production software.
