The Renewals Manager for the West region manages the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for GitLab customers within the United States.
In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations, manage contract renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will use data-driven insights to mitigate churn risk and guide customers through the transition to consumption-based pricing models in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
