GitLab is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join their remote sales team based in Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, or the UK. You will lead outbound prospecting and generate pipeline for their AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
In this role, you will execute multi-touch outreach cadences to engage target accounts and generate qualified meetings for the sales organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams to refine lead strategies while utilizing Salesforce and Outreach to track performance. The role offers a clear internal pathway for advancement into Account Executive positions.
