PointClickCare is hiring a Senior Solutions Analyst to provide technical support for senior care services remotely within Canada.

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will act as a first point of contact for technology-related support cases, manage client relationships, and maintain knowledge articles. This role requires leveraging AI tools in daily workflows and the ability to work shifts between 8am and 8pm. While the position is remote, candidates must be available for occasional in-person meetings at company offices.
