PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst to provide end-user technical support for their Senior Care services team, with the role being fully remote for candidates based in the US.

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for technology-related issues, managing support cases in a CRM and building client relationships. The role requires balancing concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment and leveraging AI tools to improve user experience. Occasional travel to company offices in Mississauga or Salt Lake City is required for onboarding and team meetings.
