Staff Backend Engineer building AI-native data intelligence systems for an observability platform, fully remote for candidates in Spain.

You will design and build core backend services for a new context layer management system, handling ingestion, indexing, and agent-facing retrieval APIs. Working on a skunkworks initiative, you will transition systems from prototype to production-grade SaaS while partnering cross-functionally to ensure scalability and reliability.
