Armada is seeking its first Deal Desk Manager for the EMEA and APAC markets, working fully remotely from the Netherlands. You will streamline the quote-to-close process and manage tools like Salesforce and DocuSign.

As Deal Desk Manager, you will support sales teams through the deal lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and pricing guidelines. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and RevOps to maintain templates, automate quoting workflows, and provide tool training to Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales motions, and order-to-cash workflows
Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations
Self-starter mindset with a passion for improving systems and helping teams work more efficiently
