VRChat is hiring a VP of Trust & Safety to lead their global safety strategy and team in a 100% remote environment.

In this executive role, you will lead the Trust & Safety department, guiding product and operational strategies to maintain a safe environment for a global user base. You will establish a 'Safety by Design' culture, mentor T&S teams, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to build robust moderation tools and workflows.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of trust and safety leadership experience
Proven experience in managing teams in a consumer-facing tech company
Strong understanding of content moderation practices and digital safety frameworks
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams
Experience in online gaming, social media, or community-focused platforms
