Raya is hiring a remote Quality and Release Manager to oversee mobile app testing, release processes, and automated quality gates for their global community platform.

The Quality and Release Manager will own the end-to-end release cycle for the Raya iOS app, defining strategy for automated and manual testing, release readiness, and incident response. This role focuses on building sustainable systems to ensure high-quality software delivery while partnering closely with product and engineering teams to balance velocity with app stability.

What You’ll Bring

6+ Years in software quality, release management, or engineering
3+ Years managing people

Experience with subscription and payment flows on iOS
Experience building test automation strategy for mobile including real-device testing and feature flags
Fluency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Git branching strategies
