Director of Business Operations

Clutch is seeking its first Director of Business Operations to establish company-wide operating cadences and define critical financial metrics. This is a fully remote, senior-level role focused on cross-functional alignment and strategic planning.

As the first Business Operations hire reporting to the VP of Finance, you will serve as an internal air traffic controller, bridging the gap between product, engineering, and sales. You will be responsible for designing and implementing annual planning cycles, OKR rhythms, and complex unit economic reporting to support executive decision-making. This role offers the autonomy to build the function from the ground up while providing direct visibility to the executive team.
