Cloudbeds is hiring a Global Director for Mid-Market Onboarding to scale deployment operations for their international customer base. This is a fully remote leadership role within a distributed global team.
The Global Director of Mid-Market Onboarding will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and coaches to drive onboarding velocity and deployment quality. You will define global standards, SOPs, and metrics for complex hotel group implementations while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on team leadership to ensure successful outcomes for mid-market clients.
