Fresh Prints is hiring a Guest Communications Coordinator based in India or the Philippines to manage multi-channel guest outreach for VIP hospitality programs.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of building, proofreading, and deploying email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for live music events and tours. You will act as the primary after-hours contact for time-sensitive updates while working closely with operations and ticketing teams to ensure flawless guest communication.
