Fresh Prints is seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist to support U.S. risk advisors from India or the Philippines. The role is fully remote and requires working 9am-6pm EST, including one weekend day.
As an insurance specialist, you will manage operational workflows, process renewals, and coordinate directly with carriers and underwriters for U.S.-based commercial insurance accounts. You will provide quality oversight to junior staff and ensure documentation accuracy across various insurance management systems. This role requires a high level of accountability and professional communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
