NetDocuments is hiring a remote Engineering Manager in the USA to lead a team building AI Assistant capabilities for legal professionals. This role focuses on people leadership, roadmap execution, and delivering secure agentic AI features.
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately five to six software and test engineers to develop LLM-based features and agentic AI integrations. You will be responsible for balancing technical leadership with cross-functional coordination, ensuring that cloud-native services are scalable, secure, and observable for enterprise-level legal clients.
