Zscaler is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the transformation of their HR function into an AI-native operation. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the USA.
As an AI Solutions Engineer in the People & Culture organization, you will design, deploy, and govern high-impact AI agents while partnering with subject matter experts to integrate intelligent systems. The role requires a candidate who can bridge technical engineering depth with HR operational needs, ensuring that AI-driven process improvements are scalable, secure, and well-adopted. You will operate as a product owner for these internal tools, focusing on long-term sustainability and governance.
