The Sr. Field Technical Program Manager will lead complex technical engagements within the Forward Deployed Engineering team to drive customer success. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership for implementation teams, helping navigate architectural decisions and trade-offs on high-stakes customer projects. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and risks, acting as the primary point of technical escalation. The position requires strong strategic influence and the ability to articulate Databricks' vision to both technical and executive stakeholders without requiring hands-on coding.
