Later is seeking a Senior Director of User Experience to lead design across their influencer marketing product portfolio. This remote leadership role is available to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
In this high-visibility position, you will lead a team of 5-6 designers and partner with product and engineering stakeholders to create cohesive, AI-driven experiences. The role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate agentic UX workflows and rapid prototyping into the product development lifecycle. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for setting the design standards and systems across multiple business lines.
