Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff AI Product Analyst to drive KPIs and measurement strategy for their AI observability and assistant solutions in Canada.

As a strategic partner to the AI organization, you will lead the definition of success metrics and experiment design for AI-powered product experiences. The role requires heavy cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex data into actionable product insights. You will also contribute to the long-term vision of product analytics standards while leveraging AI-assisted coding and advanced data modeling.

What You’ll Bring

Experience partnering across product and engineering teams
