Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff AI Product Analyst to drive KPIs and data strategy for their AI observability products within a remote setup in the UK, Germany, Sweden, or Spain.
In this role, you will partner with engineering and product teams to guide experiment design and instrument data for AI features like Grafana Assistant. You will play a critical role in shaping how the organization measures success across adoption and retention while developing scalable data models in dbt. The position requires a highly analytical mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills to influence product strategy as the company scales its AI offerings.
