Reddit is hiring a strategic community specialist to lead moderator growth and engagement efforts within the French market. This contract role is fully remote for candidates based in the UK or Ireland.
As a member of the International Community team, you will build and support local moderator communities in France by developing growth playbooks and fostering engagement. The role requires significant experience in community operations and data-informed experimentation, working alongside internal Product and Engineering teams to scale global reach. Success in this position is measured by your ability to recruit moderators, mediate community issues, and turn market insights into actionable business outcomes.
