Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer for their Alerting squad, focusing on distributed systems and observability, open to candidates based in Ireland.

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will influence the roadmap for the Grafana Alerting project, building and maintaining critical distributed systems at scale. You will work within a fully remote, open-source-focused organization, participating in on-call rotations and mentoring team members to ensure system reliability and performance.

Solid experience with at least one programming language like Go, Python, Java, C++, or Rust
