Toptal is hiring a remote Talent Coach to support, remediate, and train their global network of freelance talent through one-on-one sessions and workshops.

The Talent Coach will be responsible for investigating performance issues, delivering coaching to improve communication and professionalism, and conducting webinars. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to help scale operations and ensure high-quality service across the Toptal network.
