GitLab is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead IAM and AI security initiatives, available remotely in the US and Canada.
As a senior technical leader within the Corporate Security Identity Team, you will architect identity solutions, drive the migration from click-ops to infrastructure-as-code, and build governance frameworks for AI agents and non-human identities. The role requires extensive experience with Okta, cloud identity in GCP/AWS, and modular Python development to replace legacy automation platforms.
