Mercury is hiring a remote Counsel to provide legal guidance on payments, AML, and regulatory strategy for their fintech product lines.
The Counsel will partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to advise on product launches and complex financial infrastructure. This high-ownership role requires translating regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions while supporting Mercury's expansion toward becoming a nationally chartered bank.
