The Starlink Resell Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for reseller accounts, handling order processing and customer support for Armada's Starlink operations within the US.
This role within the Customer Success organization focuses on maintaining accurate order records, ensuring timely fulfillment of Starlink hardware and services, and supporting account health. The manager will collaborate across Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and report on reseller satisfaction metrics in a fast-paced environment.
