Tailscale is looking for a senior Forward Deployed Engineer based in Canada to manage technical onboarding and adoption for strategic enterprise customers. This fully remote role involves bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and customer success.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead complex technical implementations, provide expert troubleshooting, and conduct QBRs to drive long-term value for strategic accounts. You will act as the internal voice of the customer, working closely with engineering and product teams to refine the platform based on enterprise needs. The role demands high autonomy and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

What You’ll Bring
