The Director of Operational Accounting will lead global transactional accounting functions, including AP, payroll, and O2C, in a fully remote role based in the United States.
This executive leadership role is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of end-to-end accounting operations, including global disbursements, payroll compliance, and order-to-cash processes. The incumbent will spearhead system transformations and SOX-readiness initiatives while managing cross-functional partnerships with HR, Procurement, and Revenue Operations. Success in this role requires a deep technical background in ERP management and a proven track record of scaling accounting operations in high-growth environments.
