Smile Digital Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of their high-throughput enterprise data ingestion and management architecture remotely within the US.

In this role, you will define the roadmap for core Data Ingress and Master Data Management engines, focusing on FHIR-native technologies and Medallion Architecture. You will collaborate with engineering teams to transform complex healthcare data pipelines and ensure high-performance clinical record matching and error remediation.

What You’ll Bring

5+ Years of Technical Product Management experience in backend data platforms or big-data ingestion systems
Proven experience productizing solutions using Apache Spark and distributed data processing frameworks
Deep familiarity with Medallion Architecture and Delta Lake/Parquet performance patterns
Demonstrated experience optimizing complex hierarchical data structures for analytical query engines
Direct experience productizing Master Data Management or identity matching tools
Experience with event-driven architectures and fault-tolerant remediation workflows
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL and Python for data validation
