Smile Digital Health is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the transformation of their Data Ingress Engine and MDM architecture, working fully remotely within Canada.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will define the roadmap for high-throughput, enterprise data ingestion and data management systems, including Spark-based pipelines and FHIR-native master data management engines. You will lead the strategy for decoupling ingestion modules into micro-services and establish analytical datasets using a Medallion Architecture to support global health data initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

5+ Years of Technical Product Management experience in backend data platforms
Proven track record productizing solutions powered by Apache Spark
Deep familiarity with Medallion Architecture and Delta Lake
Demonstrated experience optimizing complex nested arrays and hierarchical data structures
Direct experience productizing Master Data Management, entity resolution, or identity matching tools
Experience with event-driven architectures, Dead-Letter Queues, and data remediation workflows
