Databricks is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement AI Programs Manager to drive the AI roadmap and strategy for their Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite within the United States.
The successful candidate will own the product architecture for AI-powered enablement agents, designing content schemas and retrieval triggers to provide data-driven insights to account teams. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and GTM stakeholders to improve account health and user training metrics. This role requires deep expertise in AI workflows and the ability to define metrics for agent performance and adoption.
