Databricks is hiring a Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager to design and scale global learning experiences, fully remote within the United States.
As a member of the Global Scaled User Enablement team, you will lead the end-to-end strategy for new user learning programs, utilizing AI and data-driven insights. You will work cross-functionally with product and GTM teams to improve platform adoption for technical users like developers and database admins.
