As a contract Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for various roles using Greenhouse and integrated AI tools. The position requires a high level of independence and efficiency to meet monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced agency environment. You will act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor to hiring managers while maintaining clean data pipelines.
