GitLab is seeking a Senior Renewal Operations Manager to manage renewal forecasting, subscription data integrity, and operational cadence for their global sales motion. The role is 100% remote for residents of Canada and the United States.
In this senior individual contributor position, you will act as a key partner to Renewals, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to drive predictable and efficient renewal motions. You will define reporting standards, optimize systems through collaboration with Revenue Technology, and translate complex business problems into actionable process improvements.
