Ōura is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design NLP/LLM-based quality classifiers and forecasting models for their Member Experience organization. This is a fully remote role within the US offering comprehensive wellness benefits.
You will sit within the Data Science team, working closely with the Member Experience business unit to translate customer support interactions into strategic insights. Responsibilities include building interaction classifiers with LLMs, refining volume forecasting models, and aligning data pipelines to analyze customer lifetime value, retention, and satisfaction.
