What You’ll Bring

12+ Years of experience in consulting, CX strategy, contact center transformation
Proven success leading consulting teams in enterprise software/SaaS
Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, and AI CX capabilities
Experience managing P&L and operational metrics
Familiarity with NICE CXone, Enlighten Interaction Analytics, or comparable platforms
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, or Data Strategy
