AlphaSense is seeking an Incentive Compensation Analyst to manage commission and bonus operations remotely within the United States.
The Incentive Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager and work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting. The role involves administering compensation plans, supporting monthly accruals, and driving system improvements related to incentive processes.
