Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop their Pyroscope continuous profiling database, fully remote for candidates based in the UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, or Ireland.
As a Senior Engineer on the Pyroscope team, you will design and operate core distributed database components, lead end-to-end projects, and contribute directly to the product roadmap. You will work in an autonomous, highly collaborative environment to improve ingestion, storage, and query performance while integrating profiling capabilities across the broader Grafana ecosystem.
