Clutch is seeking a hands-on People Ops Generalist to manage HR systems, compliance, and employee programs in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on automating workflows and scaling People operations for a fast-growing Fintech company.
As a People Ops Generalist, you will own the day-to-day operations and lifecycle management of the employee experience, from onboarding to performance cycle logistics. You will work closely with leadership to implement process improvements and leverage AI tools to create seamless, efficient HR workflows. This is a critical role for someone comfortable building and iterating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
