GitLab is seeking an Engineering Manager for Cell Infrastructure based in Bangalore, India, to lead a 0 to 1 effort in building control layers for multi-cloud cell provisioning and orchestration.

As part of the Platform Scale & Architecture team, you will establish the technical direction for cell-based architecture to support GitLab's horizontal scaling and AI-driven development workflows. You will lead the engineering team responsible for architecture, delivery, and production operations, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define reliability and cost-efficiency models.
