Mural is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its go-to-market and product organizations in a 100% remote capacity within the USA.
The role reports directly to the General Counsel and focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, and SOWs. The incumbent will serve as the primary legal partner for the Sales and Deal Desk teams, while also driving initiatives to scale contracting processes through AI-assisted tools and updated playbooks.
