EverAI is looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer based in Portugal to scale user acquisition across multiple paid channels.

In this director-level role, you will own the full-funnel strategy for high-performing acquisition campaigns, working closely with the CMO and product teams. You will be responsible for rapid testing of creatives and landing pages while managing substantial media budgets to drive growth based on CAC and ROAS targets.

Experience in rapid creative testing and landing-page optimization
Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
