Ruby Labs is hiring a remote Ad Creative Producer based in Europe or Türkiye to manage high-volume performance advertising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and Google.
This role involves end-to-end production of static, video, and AI-generated ad assets designed for conversion. The producer will oversee the creative pipeline, collaborate with user-acquisition stakeholders, and use performance data to iterate and optimize advertising output. Candidates must be available within approximately four hours of Central European Time.
