GitLab is seeking an Enablement Content Manager to design and deliver scalable enablement programs for their AI-powered platform, fully remote within the United States.

As a member of the Field Enablement & GTM AI team, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and field readiness by creating learning assets for customer-facing teams. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects in an asynchronous environment, focusing on AI capabilities and the Duo Agent Platform to ensure sales and success teams can effectively communicate GitLab's value proposition.
