GitLab is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical support for U.S. government agencies in a fully remote, U.S.-based role.
This role involves deep technical troubleshooting of GitLab deployments within highly secure, air-gapped, and regulated environments. You will partner with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve platform reliability for public sector customers. The position requires frequent engagement with Linux internals, scripting, and container-orchestration technologies to support national security missions.
