Support Engineer, U.S. Government Support

GitLab is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to US government agencies and public sector organizations in highly secure, air-gapped environments. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires US citizenship.

As a member of the Federal team, you will bridge the gap between Support and Engineering, troubleshooting complex GitLab deployments in regulated environments. You will engage with Linux internals, analyze system behavior, and contribute to the platform by creating merge requests and documentation. The position involves working closely with government partners to support mission-critical infrastructure under strict compliance constraints.
