GitLab is hiring a remote Engineering Manager for their Growth team, responsible for leading fullstack teams to improve user activation and retention through AI-native experimentation.
As an Engineering Manager on the Growth team, you will oversee the full-funnel customer journey from acquisition to monetization. You will balance technical guidance with people management, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and data-informed experimentation while partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data stakeholders.
