GitLab is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to work on AI adoption and product engineering for strategic customers in the EMEA region.

This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and field engagement, tasked with solving critical customer technical blockers while driving AI-assisted development. You will contribute production-quality code to the GitLab product, partner with cross-functional teams, and turn field-learned insights into durable product improvements.
