Staff-level backend role building agentic systems for GitLab's Nonlinear Productivity team, fully remote in Canada and the US.

As a technical anchor for the Nonlinear Productivity team, you will drive the development of agentic workflows and AI-orchestration tools to optimize the software development lifecycle. Operating as a generalist team without a dedicated product manager, you will own the technical strategy from hypothesis to deployment while mentoring engineers and collaborating across regional groups.
