Join GitLab as a Senior Backend Engineer to build agentic AI capabilities for Duo Chat in a fully remote role based in Canada or the UK.

As a member of the AI Engineering team, you will design and implement flow components using Python and LangGraph to power GitLab's natural-language interface. You will own backend features from development to production, integrating large language models with the existing Ruby on Rails monolith to enhance developer productivity across the platform.
