GitLab is seeking a remote Manager for the Solutions Architecture team in Germany to lead technical strategy and team growth for the CEUR region. The role focuses on player-coach activities to secure high-impact technical wins.

As a Manager of Solutions Architecture for the CEUR region, you will guide a distributed team of technical professionals through complex sales motions. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes while managing operations, forecasting, and team development within an all-remote environment. The role requires balancing hands-on technical sales support with high-level regional strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
